I almost CRIED when I saw this! It has a very gloomy yet romantic feel to it. The glow gives it a lot of emphasis. I really like the emotion on Doom's face, it says a lot about the drawing in general. This would make a wonderful book cover! I did notice the heart at the top, what you need to do next is Prussia's reaction. LOL XD. I do have to ask though, why the water ripple effect at the floor? Was that intentional or did you mean for it to look like something else? Overall, you did AMAZING!
